Acted as counsel for the respondent Colgate-Palmolive Canada Inc. in this pension appeal that arose as a result of a transfer of assets and liabilities from one pension plan to another on the sale of a business. Our client succeeded in both the prior application for judicial review in the Divisional Court, and the appeal before the Court of Appeal.
