Acted for moving party plaintiff in obtaining three separate contempt orders and fines against defendants found to have deliberately breached court orders. In one of these cases, defendant was sanctioned for having run program called "Evidence Eliminator" on a laptop computer. Previously David Rosenbaum had obtained Anton Piller and Mareva injunctions against these defendants and had successfully resisted a motion to have them set aside.
