Acted for respondent College on prosecution against appellant for unauthorized practice in Ontario Court of Justice, on appeal to Superior Court of Justice, and on further appeal to Court of Appeal. The College was successful at all levels. This was one of the first cases to define a "controlled act" under the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991.
