MacMillan Bloedel Limited v. The Province of British Columbia, 1993-95
Appeared as counsel on behalf of MacMillan Bloedel Limited in the first arbitration pursuant to the provisions of the Forest Act to determine the compensation payable to MBL for the expropriation of five timber licenses which now comprise a portion of the South Moresby Park Reserve in the Queen Charlotte Islands.
