Establishment of Weishardt in Québec
In 2005, a team composed of Diane Bertrand, Alain Ranger and Claude Gendron, participated in establishing the French manufacturing group Weishardt in Québec through an acquisition of moveable and real estate assets, the construction of a plant and support for implementation in the operating structure (Tergel Inc.).
