Nstein Technologies Inc.

Date

December 2008
Obtained and successfully executed an Anton Piller order for Nstein Technologies Inc. In this case, the vice-president of international sales had resigned from his position at Nstein to be hired by a competitor, in violation of the non-competition clause by which he was bound. Furthermore, he had appropriated confidential information belonging to Nstein, information he had transmitted to his new employer. An Anton Piller order was issued and executed. Subsequently, safeguard orders were issued requiring the former employee to refrain from competing with Nstein, cease using all Nstein confidential information, stop soliciting its employees and clients, and cease to work for his new employer. The case was later settled out of court.
