International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees, Local 56 and the Société du Centre Pierre-Péladeau
Successfully advised and represented a concert hall in the Montréal area subsequent to various proceedings instituted by the hall's certified union, when the hall ceased certain activities offered to its lessees. This matter arose in the line of cases involving Société de la Place des Arts (decided by the Supreme Court of Canada) and Wal-Mart. The safeguard order application, the complaint under section 59 of the Labour Code and complaints under section 15 of the Labour Code were dismissed.
