Represented Wex Pharmaceuticals in concluding a licence and cooperation agreement, and a procurement agreement with the Spanish company Laboratorios Dr. Esteve S.A. for the development of new pain relief products; also represented the company in concluding a manufacturing and option agreement with Sabex Inc.
