Obtained and successfully executed an Anton Piller order for Plaisirs Gastronomiques when one of its former employees had unlawfully appropriated all of its recipes, procedures as well as exclusive and confidential information. The case was settled out of Court. This high profile case was closely watched by the medias and by industry insiders.
