Prince Rupert Grain Corp. v. Foundation Company of Canada and Skanska A.G. et al, 1990 - 1992

Appeared as counsel on behalf of the defendants Foundation Company of Canada and Skanska A.G. The two companies on a joint venture basis constructed the Prince Rupert Grain Terminal silos, which are amongst the largest capacity grain silos in the world. The action was brought against the two companies as contractors as well as the engineering design company for alleged defects in the design and construction of the silos. The claim was settled with a minimal contribution from the defendant contractors.
