On 30 August 2011, global biotech firm Ipsen announced that it had entered into a strategic partnership agreement with Inspiration Biopharmaceuticals Inc. to create a haemophilia-oriented commercial organisation in Europe.
The partnership is designed to support Inspiration on the launch of its new pipeline of haemophilia products, including OBI-1 and IB1001, the latter of which will be submitted for European regulatory approval later this year.
