Appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada as an Intervener on behalf of the Atlantic Fishing Industry Alliance on a case involving s.15 of the Charter (equality) competing with claims of aboriginal rights to fish commercially, all in the context of an appeal of convictions arising out of a protest fishery.
