Regina v. Cominco, Western Co-Operative Fertilizers Limited et al (1980), 2 W.W.R. 693 (Defence of Combines Investigation Prosecution Against the Fertilizer Industry)
Successfully represented two of the defendant fertilizer companies against a charge of conspiring to fix the price of fertilizer in Western Canada contrary to the Combines Investigation Act. The charges were dismissed against all of the defendants following the trial that extended over a year.
