Represented the Plaintiffs in a multi-jurisdictional action for breach of fiduciary duty, knowing assistance, and an accounting. The Plaintiffs were successful at trial, obtaining monetary judgments of over $6 million against the individual defendants, as well as being granted proprietary interests in hotel properties by way of constructive trusts. The case involved novel applications of trust law in respect of real property in foreign jurisdictions, and interim and post-trial Mareva injunctions freezing assets worldwide.
