Waxman v. Waxman, 2005 CanLII 32209 (ON S.C.)
Successfully brought an application to set aside the conveyance of $10 million worth of land to a family trust. Mr. Justice Farley found the transaction to be a fraudulent conveyance and to be oppressive to our client. The transfer was set aside. The Court also set aside a profit sharing agreement that was unfavourable to the client.
