Acting for Wolters Kluwer (UK) Ltd in High Court proceedings against Reed Elsevier (UK) Ltd for trade mark infringement, passing off, defamation and malicious falsehood with interim injunction application. This was the first reported case concerning unfair or detrimental use of a trade mark under section 10(6) Trade Marks Act 1994 outside the arena of comparative advertising.
