James Bradshaw is counsel to the firm, and provides advice in connection with personal planning and closely held corporations.
Throughout his career James has developed a diverse range of experience, including maritime law, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, tax, real estate law, and corporate governance.
James joined the firm as a student in 1956, became an associate in 1958, and a partner in 1965. He was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1977. James was Managing Partner of the firm from 1984 to 1986. He was named counsel to the firm in 2001.
