Janice Javier practises corporate/commercial law with an emphasis on mergers & acquisitions and corporate reorganizations (Canadian, cross-border and international). She has extensive experience in the acquisition and divestiture of private companies and provides advice to clients in structuring, negotiating and completing such transactions. She also provides clients with a wide variety of advice on general corporate and commercial matters and regularly advises corporations in connection with their business arrangements with shareholders, third parties and public and private financiers. Her clients have included companies in a wide variety of industries, including in the manufacturing/industrial sectors, packaging, cement/concrete/aggregate and in the health sector. Janice joined Fasken Martineau as a summer student in 1995, became an associate in 1998 and a partner in 2003.
