Jérôme Richardot is the Managing Partner in the firm's Paris office. He was a partner of the full-service French law firm that merged with Fasken Martineau in September 2009.
Jérôme is a seasoned litigator with over 25 years' experience mostly in international law firms. Over the years, his practice has included business and corporate litigation and international arbitration. He has managed cases in connection with turn-key industrial agreements, claims based on contractual representations and warranties, industrial supply agreements, computer related contracts, commercial contracts, civil aviation, product liability, intellectual property disputes, construction contracts, etc.
Within the course of his practice, he has litigated before the French courts of all levels of jurisdiction.
Jerôme is a member of the Association Française d'Arbitrage (French arbitration association) and he is a registered "mediator" with the Centre de Médiation et d'Arbitrage de Paris (CMAP). He also has an extensive experience in international arbitration as counsel.
