Jonathan Lim is an associate in the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. He joined as an associate after completing his articles here.
Jonathan's civil litigation practice is primarily focused on insurance defence litigation. He has a wide range of experience acting for both domestic and foreign insurers - mostly in defending disability, life, personal injury, and motor vehicle accident claims. He also has some experience in commercial litigation, product liability, and criminal law.
Jonathan has successfully mediated and negotiated settlements in many litigated disputes, resulting in significant time and cost savings for his clients. He has appeared as counsel in the British Columbia Provincial and Supreme Courts.

- Craig Bauer Memorial Law Prize for highest standing in Torts and participation in intramural sports, Dalhousie Law School, 2006.
