On November 19
th, 2007 Jubilee Platinum PLC placed an additional 200,000 new ordinary shares with institutional investors. The total number of new ordinary shares issued and successfully placed is approximately 13 million. The total number of Jubilee shares outstanding following the placing is 101,217,408. The placing has raised approximately £11.5 million.
