Judith Beckhard-Cardoso is a partner in our Paris office. Judith specialises in various labour law issues surrounding employer representation, such as coordinating employee transfers during mergers and acquisitions, and has focussed on helping restructure projects and representing clients in criminal and labour law proceedings.
Judith provides daily advice on labour relations issues, both before and after the decision-making process as well as in disputes. She has also been involved in settling the many compliance and ethical issues that can arise in the course of internal investigations.
She regularly advises and represents companies in the chemical, new technology, pharmaceutical, aeronautics, equipment and metallurgical sectors. These clients include many leading French, North American and British multinationals, whom she assists with their labour and social security issues.
Before joining Fasken Martineau, Judith was an associate with Jones Day and then a senior associate with Debevoise & Plimpton.
