Assisted Korean developer with its first comprehensive mixed-use development project in Canada consisting of multiple high-rise towers and commercial retail buildings valued at more than $350M.
The biggest residential/retail development ever in Surrey, British Columbia, a neighboring suburb of the west coast Vancouver city home to the 2010 Winter Olympics, construction of the complex will begin in summer 2005. The development will consist of five towers, each with up to 36 floors coupled with ground level retail space and potential hotel and convention space.
