Éric Bédard is a member of the Partnership Board of Fasken Martineau DuMoulin. He practises mainly in the fields of labour and administrative law and also provides strategic counsel.
Claude Auger has been Managing Partner of Fasken Martineau's Montreal and Quebec offices since February 1, 2003, and is a member of the firm's national management team. He specializes in tax law and has developed an expertise in the areas of corporate financing, financial instruments, the purchase and sale of businesses, corporate restructuring, as well as mergers and liquidations.
