He regularly gives seminars on professional law, covering topics such as governance, the Professional Code, and the regulations governing the practice of professions, including ethical issues.
Érik advises and represents professionals, particularly pharmacist owners, regarding their franchise agreements and in disciplinary or administrative investigations (e.g., Professional Inspection Committee, Régie d'assurance maladie (RAMQ)).
He also represents a professional association of specialists in negotiating and implementing its agreement with the Minister of Health regarding the government health insurance plan.
