Édith Charbonneau is a member of our Labour, Employment and Human Rights practice group. She primarily focuses on labour relations, employment law and non-compete clauses, as well as other areas such as access to information in documents held by public bodies, protection of personal information in the public and private sectors, as well as public and administrative law. Édith also writes for the review L’Informateur public et privé.
In the course of her practice, Édith is called upon to plead before the courts of justice, administrative tribunals and arbitration boards.
She is equally fluent in French, English and Spanish, and is a member of the firm’s Latin American Committee.
