Sarah Hogg is an Associate at Fasken Martineau LLP and a member of the Employment practice group.
Sarah is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and joined Fasken Martineau from a leading New Zealand law firm.
Sarah has experience advising on all areas of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious, including employment contracts and policies, disciplinary processes and dismissals, restrictive covenants, restructurings and redundancy situations, the application of the TUPE regulations, employee disputes and grievance claims. Sarah also has significant experience advising clients on the employment aspects of acquisitions (both share and asset purchases) and other corporate transactions.
Sarah has advised clients across a range of sectors, including financial services and the pharmaceutical industry. She has represented clients at mediation and in Employment Tribunal, County Court and High Court proceedings.
