Mikaël Maher

Mikaël Maher joined Fasken Martineau’s Labour, Employment and Human Rights Law team in the summer of 2015 after articling with the firm. Mikaël’s practice focuses on all aspects of labour and employment law, be it individual and collective labour relations or occupational health and safety. Mikaël regularly appears before administrative tribunals and the courts.

Before he articled, Mikaël worked as a student for two years at Fasken Martineau and was briefly assigned during this time to one of the firm’s major labour law clients. Prior to entering law school, Mikaël completed a college diploma in pure and applied sciences.

While a law student, Mikaël volunteered with the Community Justice Centre in Quebec City and the Legal Information Clinic at Laval University.

M. Maher was also named to the Dean’s List at Laval University’s Faculty of Law.

Mikaël recently spent several weeks in Guatemala on a humanitarian mission.
