Laïla Tremblay joined the firm’s Labour, Employment and Human Rights Group, after having spent a decade working with an international entertainment company. Laïla’s practice focuses on labour relations, employment law and issues arising out of administrative and civil disputes.
She conducts research and argues cases dealing with grievance arbitration and the interpretation of provisions relating to labour standards, occupational health and safety, and collective agreements.
Laïla also handles applications for access to information held by public bodies and files involving privacy protection in the public and private sectors, as well as estate litigation.
