Stefan Kimpton is a member of the Labour, Employment & Human Rights and Litigation practice groups in Fasken Martineau’s Ottawa office. His practice focuses primarily in the areas of labour and employment law, commercial and construction litigation, and education law.
Stefan advises private and public sector employers on a wide range of employment and labour law issues, with a focus on employment litigation matters.
A substantial portion of his practice is dedicated to the education sector, advising school boards across Ontario on various legal issues, including labour and employment matters, human rights, privacy and access to information, procurement and regulatory compliance.
Stefan also represents and advises clients in commercial and construction litigation matters, including for breaches of contract, negligence and construction liens.
Stefan graduated from the Common Law in French program at the University of Ottawa and practices law in both French and English.
