New Bill Introduced to Curb Workplace Violence and Harassment

In an effort to reduce violence and harassment in the workplace, the Ontario government has introduced Bill 168, which received first reading on April 20, 2009. If passed, Bill 168 would amend the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
