Retirement plans form part of the remuneration that thousands of Quebec and Canadian employers offer their employees. These employers are usually companies and organizations that have other missions than managing their employees' retirement plans. It is therefore important to demystify the legal framework surrounding retirement plans and render it accessible to employers and those who surround them and assist them in implementing or administering their retirement plans.
