Lévy Bazinet

Lévy Bazinet practices corporate law, with emphasis on securities, mergers and acquisitions. As a member of legal teams created to carry out transactions, he is specifically involved in the purchase, sale and restructuring of both public and private corporations. In the securities sector, he represents issuers during initial public offerings and other types of distributions, both by prospectus and private placement.

Lévy also works in the area of public-private partnerships, particularly in preparing calls for tender. He is involved in the development of request for qualifications and request for proposal documents as well as in the bid evaluation process. He has participated in drafting agreements for setting up public infrastructures, more specifically with regard to the technical and financial aspects of these types of projects.
