Lise Rochette practices real estate law and mortgage and bank financing, with a particular focus on multifaceted real estate development transactions, development, major dispositions and acquisitions of real estate and construction financing. She is recognized by her clients, colleagues and others for her rigorous and innovative counsel as well as her keen ability to successfully navigate and communicate deals characterized as outstanding by their complexity. Among her broad range of deals, Lise acted for promoters in the development of complex real estate transactions involving complex co-ownership, management, development and competition issues and financial terms. She also has regularly represented important Canadian pension funds in large acquisition and disposition transactions.

- Leader of the Centraide (United Way) campaign at Fasken Martineau for two years.

- Patron d'honneur of Le Chaînon, a shelter for women in difficulty.
- Director on the board of directors of the Quartier international de Montréal, a non-profit organization involved in the development of a large sector of old Montreal.
- Head of law student recruitment committee for Fasken Martineau (2003–2005).
