- An update on what the courts have said about these new requirements and how that might impact your organization
Part 2 - Tuesday, December 6, 2011
- A step by step walk-through of the discovery phase of a case, including document preservation, managing large volumes of electronic documents and efficient collection and review
- A take-away discovery toolkit
