Lubomir Roglev is a corporate and projects lawyer who has developed unique combined experience in energy, infrastructure and energy corporate finance and energy related projects and matters, including PPP, concession agreements, shareholders agreements, inter – governments agreements, equity investments, gas and oil pipeline projects and corporate finance, including merger & acquisition, corporate restructuring, private equity, PIPE's, corporate financing aspects of acquisitions (such as issuance of complex securities, mezzanine and other subordinated debt instruments).
During his legal career, Lubomir has focused on developing a high degree of legal expertise and experience in advising corporate clients (companies, infrastructure or energy investment funds), banks and governments.
Lubomir has successfully completed both French and cross-border transactions in a number of countries, with particular focus on projects in Africa, Central and Eastern Europe, Russia and Kazakhstan.
