Luc Béliveau practices mainly in the fields of bankruptcy and insolvency, banking law and commercial litigation, primarily in matters pertaining to shareholder disputes.
He regularly counsels clients including financial institutions, creditors, receivers and trustees, and defends their interests in court in cases concerning the realization of securities, financial restructuring, bankruptcy and asset recovery. His practice also includes debtor assistance within restructurings and insolvency situations. Furthermore, he routinely acts in shareholder disputes.
