Lucy King is an Associate at Fasken Martineau LLP and is a member of the Commercial IP team.
Lucy joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in 2006 and qualified in February 2008. Her current position is in Commercial IP and Life Sciences where she works on a variety of general commercial and intellectual property related matters. Lucy has experience working on a range of contracts including distribution, manufacturing and supply, confidentiality and clinical trial agreements, and advice in relation to commercial and intellectual property issues in a number of corporate transactions.
Lucy has also spent a substantial amount of time seconded to the legal team of a large pharmaceutical client company assisting with their clinical trial agreements, including site and investigator contracts, pharmacy agreements, patient consent forms and confidentiality agreements.
Lucy also trained within the Corporate department where she worked on a range of transactions including share and business acquisitions and disposals, mergers and listings on AIM and the Official List. Lucy has acted for a number of public and private, UK and international companies.
