Maddocks Systems, Canada's largest provider of enterprise-level trucking software, acquired by TMW Systems

On September 6, 2006, TMW Systems Inc., the largest provider of enterprise management software for the trucking industry in the US, announced that it had acquired Maddocks Systems Inc. (and its wholly owned US subsidiary), Canada's largest provider of enterprise-level software for the trucking industry. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Maddocks was advised in this transaction by a team from Fasken Martineau comprised of Gary Ott, Peter Finley and Kate Seniowski (M&A and Corporate) and Gavin Marshall (employment).
