Mark Camilleri is a Partner at Fasken Martineau LLP and is a member of the Corporate / Commercial, Global Mining, Global Energy and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practice groups.
Mark practices business law with a particular emphasis on the resource sector. He has experience in the United Kingdom and Canada and has acted on a wide range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, equity financings and corporate reorganisation involving both private and public companies listed on the TSX and AIM. Mark acts for both issuers and underwriters. He has also been involved in a number of cross-border financings acting for lenders and borrowers.
Mark graduated from Dalhousie University with a combined LL.B. and MBA. He was a summer student and articling student at the firm's Toronto office before joining the firm as an associate in 2002. Mark was seconded to the firm's London office in February 2006 where he remained as an associate until becoming a partner in February 2009. Mark is also a Director of the Canada-UK Chamber of Commerce.
