Mark Pontin is an associate in the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. He has particular experience with contractual disputes, and securities litigation; and has appeared as counsel at mediations and arbitrations and in the B.C. Supreme Court and Court of Appeal. Mark articled as a clerk in the B.C. Court of Appeal and then at Fasken Martineau before joining the firm as an associate in 2006.
