Limits of 'Responsible Journalism' in the Privy Council and the European Court of Human Rights

After the Ontario Court of Appeal's recent recognition of a defence of "responsible journalism" in libel law the decision of the Privy Council in Seaga v. Harper, and that of the European Court of Human Rights in Ivanova v.
