Medical Capital Holdings acquires Specialty Board Games in Canadian exchangeable share transaction
On September 30, 2005, Nevada-based Medical Capital Holdings, Inc. acquired all of the shares of Ontario-based Specialty Board Games Inc. by way of a Canadian exchangeable share transaction.
