Application for judicial review of the decision by the Minister of Health to release information pertaining to the drug Singulair, including portions of a new drug submission, to a third party following an access to information request. The application for judicial review was allowed with costs and the Minister was ordered not to disclose any other part of the requested record as the record in its entirety is exempt from disclosure pursuant to subs. 20(1) of the ATIA.
