Michael Kashis is an Associate at Fasken Martineau LLP and is a member of the Corporate / Commercial practice group.
Michael has experience in a variety of corporate transactions and matters with an emphasis on listings on AIM and the Official List, mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, joint ventures and reorganisations. His crossborder experience includes transactions in Australia, Europe and North America. Michael's clients include public and private UK and international pharmaceutical, biotechnical, mining and telecommunication companies.
Michael joined the firm on qualification in September 2005.
