Fasken Martineau's Michelle Pockey nominated for a YWCA distinction award

Vancouver (Canada) Fasken Martineau, a leading international business law and litigation firm, is proud to announce that Michelle Pockey has been nominated for the YWCA Vancouver Women of Distinction Awards in the Business and Professionals category.

The 2010 YWCA Women of Distinction Awards Ceremony will honour, encourage, and recognize women for their contributions to the community. It will take place Tuesday June 1st, 2010 at the Westin Bayshore in Vancouver.
Michelle Pockey is a partner in Fasken Martineau's Energy, Environmental, Climate Change and Regulatory Law Group. She offers more than 10 years of experience assisting individuals and organizations to understand and comply with environmental and other regulatory laws.
She was nominated by Jill Earthy, Executive Director of the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs and Principal of Mom Cafe.
