On April 28, 2010, Minera IRL Limited (TSX:IRL)(AIM:MIRL)(BVL:MIRL) announced that its common shares had been approved for listing and will begin trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) effective April 29, 2010 under the stock symbol "IRL".
Minera IRL is an AIM and Lima, Peru listed mining company with gold mining, development and exploration projects located in Latin America. It will continue to be domiciled in Jersey and maintain its existing listings on both the AIM in London and BVL in Peru.
