Toronto (Canada) – Fasken Martineau, a leading international business law and litigation firm, announced today that a team of its lawyers assisted Sillenger Exploration Corp. in obtaining a partnership contract to conduct geophysical research on mineral, hydrocarbon and water resources in Benin.
This agreement represents a major opportunity for Sillenger as it is granted preferential rights to concessions for the exploitation of minerals, hydrocarbons and water identified from the geophysical research. It is also a positive partnership as it will contribute to the growth and development of Benin which seeks to expand its economy in part through its natural resources sector.
