Fasken Martineau advised with respect to a public-private partnership for the operation and maintenance of the Cook-Chill Food Production Centre in Milton, Ontario on behalf of the Ministry of Community Safety and Security of Ontario. This project received the Silver Award for alternative service delivery of The Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnerships.
