Nathalie Benoit

Nathalie Benoit is a paralegal who has specialised in general business law, with a particular focus on tax law, since 1997. She received a college diploma in paralegalism from the Collège Ahuntsic in 1997 and a certificate in business law from the Université de Montréal in 2002.

As a senior paralegal, Nathalie is actively involved in merger and acquisition transactions of all sizes, for which she processes and coordinates due diligences and helps lawyers prepare closing documents. Her taxation experience allows her to take charge of the documentation required for various tax-related transactions, which means she is equally at ease coordinating estate freezes as she is drafting tax-related statutes, tax reorganization documents and "rollover" instruments.
